This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and QUATRO TRACKER LTD for the Quatro: Casino Activity Tracker software product ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
Important: By using Quatro: Casino Activity Tracker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
QUATRO TRACKER LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal activity tracking purposes.
Access and use all app features in accordance with this agreement.
You may NOT:
The Software is licensed, not sold. QUATRO TRACKER LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of QUATRO TRACKER LTD.
All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, and other content in the application.
Your personal tracking data, session history, goals, and any data you manually enter into the Software.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Quatro: Casino Activity Tracker is designed with privacy as a core principle:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUATRO TRACKER LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Quatro: Casino Activity Tracker is a personal tracking tool and does not guarantee specific results or improvements in behavior.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUATRO TRACKER LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses. This also includes any decisions you make based on the tracking data or insights provided by the Software.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
QUATRO TRACKER LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed through the App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QUATRO TRACKER LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
